Scott T. Riznick, President/Owner, attended Pennsylvania State University for business administration and economics, and has an extensive background in business management.  Scott is responsible for advertising and marketing, and aiding the Operations Manager in overseeing the Company’s everyday business operations.  His priority is providing unfettered client satisfaction and development.  His economic and accounting background enables him to assist owners and investors in producing a cost-effective, quality, profitable project.

William M. Scott LEED AP, Operations Manager, a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Management, has over twenty five years of construction and construction-related experience. Bill's prior experience enhances his ability to interact with management, clients, and field operations to successfully guide the company to continued growth and to deliver superior products and services to our clients.

William “Buddy” Farr, Field Construction Manager, has an extensive background in construction technology providing value engineering, design critique, schedule coordination, and owner’s liaison with government agencies.  He has overseen numerous banks, high-rise office buildings, hotels, financial institutions, shopping centers, restaurants, and marina projects.  His construction experience and knowledge of zoning requirements and permit processes is extremely valuable in achieving maximum results on every project undertaken.

Linda Riznick, Financial Controller/Office Manager, has a Master's degree in Business Administration and has been an officer of both private and publicly held corporations in the construction industry.  Linda is a licensed, active Florida real estate broker.
